TOMMY HILFIGER ANNOUNCES EUROPEAN LAUNCH OF BAGS, LUGGAGE AND ACCESSORIES IN EUROPE FOR SPRING 2005

Newark, Delaware (November 1, 2003) – Tommy Hilfiger Licensing, Inc. and Tommy Hilfiger Europe B.V., both wholly owned subsidiaries of Tommy Hilfiger Corporation (NYSE: TOM), announced today the European launch of Tommy Hilfiger Men's and Women's Bags, Luggage and Accessories for spring 2005 through an exclusive agreement with Finduck S.R.L.  The Tommy Hilfiger collections are expected to debut at select European retail locations and premium department stores.  

Under the multi-year agreement, Finduck, the holding company of Mandarina Duck, the European market leader in the bags, luggage and accessories category, will manage all production and distribution of Tommy Hilfiger men's bags, women's handbags, luggage, backpacks, and small leather goods throughout Europe.

Tommy Hilfiger's new European bags, luggage and accessories collection complements the brand's current lifestyle offerings and features a broad range of styles in luxurious leathers with innovative detailing and a variety of colors, staying true to Hilfiger's "classics with a twist" styling.  The collection is expected to debut at select retail locations and premium department stores across Europe in February 2005.
