NEW YORK and AMSTERDAM (March 21, 2006) - Tommy Hilfiger Licensing LLC, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Tommy Hilfiger Corporation (NYSE:TOM), announced today the launch of a Children's
Footwear Collection under its licensing agreement with Tommy Hilfiger Footwear Europe GmbH.
The Fall/Winter 2006 collection will be available in specialty stores in the following European
markets: Denmark, Norway, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, France,
Italy, Portugal, Turkey, Greece, Russia, Ireland, UK, Poland, Croatia and Slovenia.
"We have been able to build a significant European business over the last several years and
believe the addition of a Children's Collection to the footwear line will continue to reinforce
Tommy Hilfiger's global appeal as a lifestyle brand," stated Fred Gehring, Chief Executive Officer
of Tommy Hilfiger Europe.
The Tommy Hilfiger Children's Footwear Collection consists of approximately 15 different
fashion groups and follows the inspiration of the children's apparel collections for the
Fall/Winter season - Pan Americana and The Graduate. Pan Americana has been inspired by a trip from
Alaska to Panama, with souvenirs, badges and graphic treatment clearly visible on the shoes in a
rich and warm color palette. The Graduate evokes the start of a new semester at a traditional
American University, interpreted through the use of Ivy League colors, vintage-leathers, and
classic design elements such as badges, stitching and of course, the Tommy Hilfiger logo.
The collection has over 50 styles in total, including boots, shoes and home slippers.
The shoe sizes range from size 27 to size 40 with prices ranging from € 69 - to € 79 for shoes and
€ 79 - to € 99 for boots.
The first delivery of Tommy Hilfiger Children's Footwear will occur in approximately June
2006. It will be supported by dedicated public relations and advertising campaigns in several
international magazines.
