TOMMY HILFIGER ANNOUNCES THE OPENING OF FREESTANDING RETAIL STORE IN VILNIUS, LITHUANIA

Amsterdam , The Netherlands (January, 2006) - Tommy Hilfiger Europe B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tommy Hilfiger Corporation (NYSE: TOM) , announced today the opening of a new freestanding retail store in Vilnius, Lithuania on January 26, 2006. The opening marks the Company’s first retail space in Lithuania.

"We are very excited about our new Vilnius store and we are thrilled to be able to provide our Vilnius customers with access the complete Tommy lifestyle," said Honorary Chairman and Principal Designer, Tommy Hilfiger.

The 144 -square-meter store, located at Konstitucijos 7A in shopping mall "Europa," will stay true to Hilfiger’s brand of classic sportswear that combines contemporary details for a modern lifestyle. The store will feature men’s and women’s sportswear as well as denim for him and her.

The store design reflects the youthful, energetic image of the Hilfiger collections by featuring white walls, wooden flooring, high ceilings and tall windows. This neo-classic architecture can be found throughout Tommy Hilfiger freestanding stores worldwide.

Current freestanding stores in Europe include: London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Stockholm, Zurich, Madrid, Sevilla, Valencia, Manchester, Dublin, St. Tropez, Istanbul, Turin, Bologna, Antwerp, Brussels, Athens, Rotterdam, Vienna, Berlin, Munich, Kitzbühel and Düsseldorf, among others.
